Responsibilities

You will be an individual contributor on our operations team, working as a peer to the Senior Operations Lead, who oversees end-to-end design processing and operational strategy.
Where this role fits in the broader operations picture: Senior Operations Lead: owns process design, manages the offshore operator team, and leads our operational strategy.

Requirements

demonstrated ability to take on growing customer demand alongside the
Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering or a closely related technical field, or equivalent hands-on experience

Nice to have

based in the United States.
US citizenship or eligibility to work on ITAR-controlled projects strongly preferred.
The role requires deep technical domain understanding and a strong appetite for hands-on work.
