About the role

In this role, you will bridge the gap between financial strategy and corporate systems, managing our OneStream ecosystem across multiple operating companies.
This role also offers the opportunity to help shape how AI is applied across finance systems and within OneStream.

Maintain metadata, manage workflow profiles, and assist with quarterly audit deliverables.
Strategic Implementations: Lead and support the design, testing, and deployment of new OneStream solutions, system enhancements, and integrations with underlying ERPs.
Corporate Finance Reporting: Collaborate closely with corporate finance to design, build, and maintain dynamic reports and cube view extracts.
Data Integration & Quality: Monitor and maintain data workflows, transformation rules, and integrations to ensure flawless data pipeline integrity from OpCo ERPs to the corporate OneStream environment.
You will play a pivotal part in driving strategic implementations, optimizing multi-entity financial consolidations, and partnering directly with corporate finance to deliver high-impact reporting and analytics.

3+ years of direct, hands-on experience developing, administering, or implementing OneStream Software is required.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Management Information Systems (MIS), or a related technical field.
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex financial reporting needs into technical system configurations across multiple business units.

Requirements & Qualifications Experience: 3+ years of direct, hands-on experience developing, administering, or implementing OneStream Software is required.

Proficient with OneStream Cube Views, Data Management jobs, and member formulas.
Strong understanding of multi-currency environments, intercompany eliminations, and complex financial consolidation rules.
Advanced Excel skills (Quick Views, XFGet formulas) and familiarity with SQL or VB.Net scripting is a strong plus.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Management Information Systems (MIS), or a related technical field.
