- You will be supporting SQA's national inspection team in the field by performing quality inspection of electromechanical components.

Responsibilities
- Perform incoming inspections from external providers of products and services (e.g., nickel plating).
- Review and validate the justification for parts not inspected at final inspection.
- Audit and validate the execution of inspection plans as applicable.
- Document non-conformances using approved methods and submit non-conformance reports for customer disposition.
- Review and validate First Article Inspection (FAI) documentation, including completeness, traceability, and compliance.
Requirements
- Must have at least 4+ years of experience
- Must have experience with documents such as FAI, PO, COC and Process certification
- Extensive experience as a Quality Inspector or CMM Operator, with industry and commodity-specific expertise.
- Proficiency in dimensional inspection of precision tolerance parts.
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with all inspection tools.
- Experience with multiple primary and secondary part numbers (e.g., brackets, clips, doublers, splices, brackets, drip shields, etc.).
- Must be ITAR compliant
- Must be willing to undergo a background check
- The schedule offers flexibility Monday through Friday, with no weekend work required.
- Required Skills and
- Ability to understand and interpret complex GD&T requirements and validate complex assemblies.
Nice to have
- Certified or previously certified in GD&T ASME Y-14.5.
- 5 years of experience in the manufacturing industry, with at least 2 years as a Mechanical Inspector.

Compensation
- ranges from $30-$35 per hour, depending on experience.
