About the role

Starting pay is $20.50/hour, with additional differentials based on location and qualifications.
Cape-based programs offer a $1/hour differential.
Martha's Vineyard programs offer a $4/hour differential, except the Franklin Street program, which offers $3/hour.

Help individuals build independence by teaching life skills at home and in the community.
Follow and implement Individual Support Plans (ISP) and Behavior Support Plans.
Support individuals in community activities, relationships, and social connections.
Maintain accurate documentation and data collection to track progress and outcomes.
Build strong, positive relationships with families, guardians, and team members.
