About the role
- During Construction - Supervising on Beginning, Midterm, Term-end as designer. - MEP Inspection for completion.
Responsibilities
- Organize and maintain proposal binders and electrical project sheets.
Requirements
- Knowledge of CAD/BIM methods and techniques (AutoCAD, Revit MEP).
Nice to have
- Proficiency with design tools such as AGi32/DIALux (lighting) and SKM Power Tools/ETAP (preferred).
- Proficiency with AutoCAD and Revit MEP for modeling and documentation.
- Strong written and verbal communication
- ability to coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Architectural Engineering (Electrical emphasis) AND 1-3 years of electrical design experience including the use of CAD/BIM technology.
- Masters degree in a related field preferred.
- EIT/FE certification preferred
- PE licensure a plus.
