Responsibilities
- This position will build, maintain, and repair structures made of wood, plywood, wallboard and other related items within the property.
- Maintain and repair all structures made of wood including cabinets, bed frames, doors, chairs chair, crown molding and furniture.
- Maintain a clean work environment and proper upkeep of all company tools.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements
- Applicants must be legally eligible to work the United States.

- Assess property needs and create products as required.
- Minimum of three years carpentry experience and or equivalent experience required.
Nice to have
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Experience as a Finished Carpenter preferred.
