About the role

  • As a QA Engineer I – Digital Platforms, you will support the delivery of high-quality digital experiences across Milwaukee Tool's customer-facing applications, including MilwaukeeTool.com, Commercial Products API, PACKOUT™ Builder, and Custom PPE solutions.
  • In this role, you will partner closely with developers, product owners, business analysts, and fellow QA engineers to learn our systems, understand business processes, and contribute to quality throughout the software development lifecycle. You will execute testing activities, identify defects, and help ensure customers receive reliable and intuitive

Responsibilities

  • Identify, document, and track software defects while effectively communicating findings to development teams.
  • Create and maintain test cases, test data, and QA documentation.
  • Support user acceptance testing and release validation activities.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Develop a strong understanding of Milwaukee Tool's digital platforms, business processes, and customer experiences.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • 0-2 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Software Testing, or a related field.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies is preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of web technologies, APIs, or test automation concepts is a plus.
