About the role
- We are looking for a highly motivated People Partner to join our growing team and help build our People function from the ground up.
- This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both operational excellence and building new systems, programs, and practices.
Responsibilities
- Own and run core People Operations activities, including payroll processing, HRIS management, etc.
- Build, document, and continuously improve People processes to ensure consistency, compliance, and a great employee experience as the company scales.
- Partner closely with team leadership to design and execute people programs, including performance processes, manager enablement, and employee experience initiatives.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Legal, and leaders across the company on people-related initiatives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust across all levels of the organization.
- This is a high-ownership, hands-on role for someone who will own core People Operations while also owning and executing people projects across the full employee lifecycle.

Requirements
- High degree of ownership and initiative
- 3-5 years of experience in an HR, People Ops, or talent-related role, ideally within a fast-paced company or high-volume environment.
- Comfort using AI-powered tools and modern HR technology to improve efficiency and workflows.
