- Responsible for auditing department information, producing reports & suggesting improvements to processes.
- Provides knowledge & expertise in the program, services & applications.
Responsibilities
- Identifies opportunities, develops solutions, & leads through resolution.
- Collaborates on performance improvement activities as indicated by outcomes in program efficiency & patient experience.
Requirements
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate complex findings in a clear and concise manner.
- Comprehensive knowledge of methods used in the access and use of information, the preparation of specifications, and the analysis of bids and contracts.
- Working knowledge on contract construction and the ability to review, red line and draft language for discussion.
- Demonstrated ability to identify, investigate, analyze, and resolve complex issues.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to research problems and present findings with attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
- Must be comfortable operating in a collaborative, shared leadership environment.
- Must have ability to work effectively in a large, multi-level, geographically dispersed organization.
- Ability to work independently and in collaboration with others.
- Proven prioritization, multi-tasking, and coordination skills within a fast-paced environment.
- High proficiency in data visualization, statistical analysis, and business intelligence tools.
