About the Location - Cape Canaveral Space Force Station Cape Canaveral Space Force Station sits at the heart of Florida's Space Coast and is a critical hub for national security, aerospace, and space launch operations.

Fully implementing all provisions of the BRPH C&IS Quality System and related documents on the project.

Ability to navigate and move around the construction site, including walking, climbing ladders and scaffolding, and standing for extended periods on uneven surfaces.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
Ability to work in various weather conditions and enforce safety protocols on the construction site.
The Field Construction Quality Manager shall have experience with the processes and procedures associated with three phases of Construction Quality Control ranging in size of $5M to $50M or more.
Planning project quality controls required by the BRPH construction & integrated services (C&IS) quality systems and contract requirements.

5-7 years of experience as a construction project engineer, general construction superintendent on similar type projects or a licensed professional engineer or registered architect.
USACE/NAVFAC Certified Construction Quality Control Manager is required or ability to obtain certification within one year of hire.
Vertical Experience is preferred.
The American Society for Quality (ASQ) Certified Manager of Quality/Organizational Excellence (CMQ/OE) is a plus
Working knowledge of Procore is required.
Open to adapting to new technologies, i.e. Artificial Intelligence (AI)
Basic working understanding/knowledge using AI.
Ability to pass a Federal Background Check and obtain badging on a military installation.

Communicating project-specific quality requirements to all affected departments, subcontractors and suppliers, and customers.
