About the role

You will keep our robotic platforms operational, field-ready, and running Fury.
This is a hands-on, high-tempo role with direct impact on the most advanced robotic systems in defense.
You'll play a critical part in closing the loop between hardware, AI, and real-world execution.

Assemble, maintain, and repair robotic platforms across land, air, sea, and space
Support field testing and live demonstrations by prepping, staging, and deploying robotic assets
Perform rapid troubleshooting and reconfiguration in dynamic testing environments
Maintain detailed records of equipment status, repairs, and system updates
Collaborate with the engineering team to iterate on platform designs and improve reliability
Manage robot logistics including staging, transport, and readiness for deployment

Several years of hands-on experience with electro-mechanical systems or robotic hardware
Associate's degree in a relevant technical field, trade school completion, or equivalent practical experience
Familiarity with rapid prototyping including the use of 3D printers
Legal authorization to work in the United States is required.
Comfortable working with hardware, tools, and test equipment in a lab and field setting
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills; able to manage multiple systems and timelines
Clear communicator who can collaborate across teams and document work thoroughly
Comfortable lifting and transporting equipment (up to 50 lbs)
Legal authorization to work in the United States is required. Certain job duties may involve access to U.S. export-controlled information

Experience with robotic assets
Basic proficiency in Python
familiarity with embedded C/C++
Familiarity with Linux, ROS, or real-time operating environments
Experience supporting field tests for autonomous or military-grade systems

$100,000 - $150,000 USD
