Responsibilities
- Develop Treatment Plans: Create and modify individualized treatment plans (ITPs) using ABA principles, aligned with the child's and family's goals, values, language, and cultural background.
- Provide Intervention: Deliver and oversee evidence-based ABA interventions in the home and community, promoting skill development and reduction of barrier behaviors.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate, timely case notes and treatment records in accordance with EIDBI requirements and professional standards.
- Coordinate Care: Participate in coordinated care conferences and collaborate with interdisciplinary partners, educators, and service providers to ensure cohesive support for the child and family.
- Ethical and Cultural Practice: Maintain confidentiality, uphold BACB ethics, and provide culturally sensitive, family-centered care.

- Hours: Flexible hours between 8:00 am and 7:00 pm, depending on patient availability.
- Complete functional behavior assessments and skills assessments to identify needs, strengths, and barriers to independence.
Compensation
- $75k-$116k
