Responsibilities

  • Develop Treatment Plans: Create and modify individualized treatment plans (ITPs) using ABA principles, aligned with the child's and family's goals, values, language, and cultural background.
  • Provide Intervention: Deliver and oversee evidence-based ABA interventions in the home and community, promoting skill development and reduction of barrier behaviors.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate, timely case notes and treatment records in accordance with EIDBI requirements and professional standards.
  • Coordinate Care: Participate in coordinated care conferences and collaborate with interdisciplinary partners, educators, and service providers to ensure cohesive support for the child and family.
  • Ethical and Cultural Practice: Maintain confidentiality, uphold BACB ethics, and provide culturally sensitive, family-centered care.
