- Ability to learn and use Google - G-suite, email and chat feature for communication
- Experience with customer service and maintaining professional setting
- Obtain knowledge of nonprofit management and administrative duties, while assisting with day to day activities, procedures, fundraising efforts, and project focused tasks.

- Willingness to learn NeonONE CRM and BambooHR software
- Education and Experience
- Enrolled college student pursuing studies in nonprofit management, child development, international development, business, marketing or similar studies

- Work with our Director of Child Sponsorship to plan, implement and measure response of Child Sponsorship Program, including communicating with sponsors on their student's progress
