Director who will develop and execute a comprehensive outbound communications strategy which builds awareness for Atom Computing's brand, educates customers and partners about our technical achievements and unique capabilities, and generates global enthusiasm for our quantum computing solutions. Develop messaging and communications strategies to promote our quantum computing technology, products, and partnerships to drive engagement.
Shape the narrative and build awareness of Atom, clearly communicating the organization's mission, products, and technologies through a variety of media and initiatives
Develop and implement a cadenced marketing communications calendar
Coordinate marketing needs and activities with internal and external partners
Maintain processes and documents that aid in the development of work and deliverables, including creative briefs, templates, timelines, and frameworks
Manage promotional efforts including social media, direct marketing, events, sponsorships, and public relations. Leverage industry standard metrics to monitor, measure, and optimize the effectiveness of communications and events
Manage relationships with media and advertising
Organize and maintain a central repository for marketing assets such as photos/images, technical papers, and marketing collateral

The base salary range for this position is between $175,000 - $200,000, commensurate with experience.
In addition to salary, we offer a bonus plan and incentive stock options for equity in the company.
