  • The Sr Analyst, Law Firm Analytics will partner closely with operational and business leaders to transform complex operational data into strategic insight.
  • This role focuses on analyzing business processes across the case lifecycle, identifying performance trends and operational inefficiencies, and translating data into clear recommendations to support strategic and operational decision-making.
  • We own the client experience end-to-end, from marketing and intake through litigation, because we believe how we do the work matters just as much as what we achieve.
