Responsible driving from office to patient home or hospital.

Receives and documents the order for respiratory equipment and / or Chronic Care Programs from the customer service, patient / client, caregiver, physician and family member.
Assumes full responsibility for their own actions, professional skills, and attitudes.
Supports the company by being loyal and informing the office of concerns and problems to be resolved.
Perform weekly roundtable discussions regarding all patients enrolled into Chronic Care Programs during Interdisciplinary Care Team meetings.
Maintain charts that contain patients' pertinent identification and therapy information & confidentiality.
Effectively operates within continuously developing software systems, i.e Healthcall/Jotform.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Associates Degree or Equivalent California Respiratory Care Practitioner license (RCP) or Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT), Valid

Experience as respiratory therapist.
Thorough knowledge and skill related to respiratory care field.
Excellent customer relation & communication skills.
People-sensitive characteristics with a genuine desire to help others.
Ability to recognize the needs and concerns of people to result in constructive working relationship.
Ability to handle multiple assignments and meet conflicting deadlines.
Ability to deal with difficult situations with equanimity.
General computer skills.
Working knowledge of Android/IOS systems.
Ability to communicate orally and in writing with staff and others to provide directions, and other information.
Knowledge of general medical terminology.
Experience in data cleaning, data checking, and data management.
