About the role
- This is a senior leadership role with real scope: cross-functional transformation, Manufacturing 4.0, artificial intelligence (AI)-enabled operations, and enterprise resource planning (ERP) modernization.

Responsibilities
- Lead Manufacturing 4.0 initiatives, including cloud adoption, shop floor connectivity, data acquisition, and modern platform strategies
- Lead application portfolio optimization and ERP/manufacturing execution system (MES) consolidation to reduce complexity, standardize operations, and lower cost
- Manage program execution across multiple concurrent initiatives - owning budget planning, resolving dependencies, and tracking outcomes against defined targets
- Communicate progress and outcomes to executive stakeholders, shaping priorities and building alignment across a complex, matrixed organization
- Recruit, develop, coach, and manage the performance of your direct reports, building a team capable of delivering at the pace the business demands

Requirements
- You are a senior technology leader who has built and delivered large-scale digital transformation programs in complex, cross-functional environments.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience in a technology leadership role
- 15+ years of IT leadership and program management experience, including large portfolio and financial oversight across cross-functional initiatives
- Willingness and ability to travel domestically up to 20% of the time
- Strong track record delivering large-scale, global technology programs with measurable business outcomes
- Experience presenting to and influencing senior executive stakeholders
- Knowledge of data protection, cybersecurity, and regulatory compliance requirements
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity

Compensation
- For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $155,300.00 and $258,800.00.
- The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas.
- The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, education, and skill set.
- Experience managing multi-million dollar budgets, including annual planning and large-scale project financials
