You'll be managing the P&L of a site within a hyper-growth organization, managing the day-to-day while providing critical input to Operations team leadership.

As the Center Director, you'll have the unique opportunity to oversee and be accountable for all aspects of the growing Donor Center-driving performance, building a lean and high-performing team, and ensuring an exceptional donor experience.

Compensation: Up to $100K ($70K - $75K base + up to 35% monthly bonus) + benefits Travel: 8 weeks of paid training with travel and accommodations provided
