Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the CHRO in the support and management of the Human Resource Department activities and strategic initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with the Director of Human Resources to identify opportunities to integrate HRIS with other systems.
- Demonstrated ability for developing initiative-taking and innovative solutions to address HR challenges.
Requirements
- 10 or more years of progressively responsible HR Generalist leadership experience in human resources with at least 7 years in a human resources leadership role.
- Expertise in using HRIS technology with prior experience in system implementation desired
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills required
- ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve HR issues and make appropriate fact driven decisions.

Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree in related field required, Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Previous experience in a Title IX position.
- Thorough understanding of Title IX regulations, applicable laws, and relevant guidance strongly preferred.
