Requirements
- Associate's Degree from an accredited college, university or junior college or three years of related experience.
- Three (3) years of experience as an Ameren Operations Associate I or Ameren Operations Associate II, or equivalent experience.
- All courses must be electrical in nature.
- Candidates must be able to perform the essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodation.

- Must earn a recommended score on the EEI Data Entry Test and the Clerical Aptitude Battery (BCAB).
- Technical requirement: Successfully complete three courses with a grade of C or higher at an accredited university, college or junior college leading towards an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronic Technology, or similar course as approved by supervision. All courses must be electrical in nature.

- Grade Step JB 020 Step 2 of 9 - 34.27 USD

- Grade Step JB 020 Step 4 of 9 - 36.04 USD
- Grade Step JB 020 Step 5 of 9 - 37.30 USD
