Requirements
- Pharm.D. or BS Pharmacy degree from an accredited college of pharmacy Successful completion of Texas state pharmacy board examination Pharmacist license current and in good standing in Texas
- Pharm.D. or BS Pharmacy degree from an accredited college of pharmacy Successful completion of Texas state pharmacy board examination
- One (1) or more years of experience in the practice of pharmacy

Nice to have
