- Energy Solutions is seeking a full-time Solar Programs Associate - Consumer Protection, to join our Distributed Energy Resources (DER) Team.

Responsibilities
- Review and categorize complaints using defined standards to support tracking and prioritization.
- Maintain and update case records in program systems and CRMs, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
- Coordinate follow-up actions with stakeholders to support timely case progression.
- Validate data entries and correct routine discrepancies to maintain data quality.

Requirements
- A bachelor's degree or a high school degree with a minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.
- Ability to follow established procedures and apply SOPs to routine workflows.
- Ability to identify issues and escalate appropriately.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM or tracking systems.
- A one-page cover letter will be required explaining your interest in the company and the role (the use of AI is prohibited in the drafting).
- Process and document consumer complaints by following established workflows and recording required case details.
Nice to have
- Fluency in Spanish, including verbal and written communication, to assist native Spanish complainants.

Compensation
- The salary range for this role is $60,000–$70,000/annually with a target compensation of $60,000 - $66,500/annually based on experience and qualifications.

- Office Locations and a Remote Workforce
- Energy Solutions operates as a predominantly remote workforce with offices in six different locations. Employees who reside within 40 miles of an office (except New York) will be assigned to that location, though in-office attendance requirements may vary by team.
