About the role

Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex IT initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and technology strategy.
- Partner with business leaders, functional stakeholders, and technical teams to define project scope, objectives, timelines, and success metrics.
- Manage multiple concurrent projects, balancing priorities, resources, risks, dependencies, and budgets.
- Drive delivery governance, including status reporting, executive communications, issue management, and stakeholder engagement.
- Collaborate with architects, infrastructure, cybersecurity, development, and support teams to ensure successful solution implementation.
- Establish and maintain project management best practices, standards, and methodologies.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks while developing contingency plans to ensure successful outcomes.
- Lead vendor and third-party partner relationships to ensure quality service delivery and contractual compliance.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on delivery effectiveness, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
- Support portfolio planning, resource forecasting, and budget management activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience leading cross-functional technology teams and managing large-scale initiatives.
Compensation
- $130,000-$160,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.) This position includes a competitive benefits package.
