Production Operators are the core of Purple!
We need someone who is ready to work hard every day and be a great addition to our team.
As a Production Operator-Mix II, you are responsible for keeping up with the demands while operating safely.

Responsibilities

Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills with the ability to train as well as lead. Someone with a proven ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships at all levels.

Skills

Strong computer skills; Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment.
Remaining in stationary position, often standing, or sitting for prolonged periods of time.
Adjusting or moving objects up to 15 pounds in all directions.
Communicating with others to exchange information.
Repetitive motions that may include the wrists, hands and/or fingers.
Assessing the accuracy, neatness and thoroughness of work assigned.
Noisy open office environment
Make sure that tools and equipment are cleaned and maintained properly at the end of each shift.

Compensation

The compensation target for this role is: $21.75
