Resident Experience & Service Delivery - Serve as first point of contact, respond to resident needs, and maintain professional service delivery.
Concierge Services & Resident Support - Coordinate requests such as reservations, local services, and resident engagement initiatives.
Building Operations & Coordination - Support move-ins, liaise with teams, manage logs and systems.
Security, Access & Safety - Monitor access, manage visitors, oversee safety compliance and escalate concerns.
Professional Conduct & Brand Standards - Maintain polished appearance, professionalism, and confidentiality.

Minimum 2 years of experience in hospitality, customer service, or residential environments.
Frequently required to sit, talk, and hear.
Strong command of the English language, both written and verbal.
Strong communication, organization, and multitasking abilities.
High level of discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail.
Minimum Requirements:
Flexible scheduling including days, evenings, weekends, overnights, and holidays.
Work Schedule: This role is fully on-site and requires flexibility to work a rotating schedule that may include days, evenings, weekends, overnight shifts, and holidays.
Physical Demands:

Experience in luxury, hotel, or premium service environments.
Les Clefs d'Or designate.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, Teams, Sharepoint), AI tools, and technologically savvy.
Familiarity with Yardi or similar platforms.
Strong knowledge of local area and amenities.
Preferred Attributes:

Placement within this compensation range will be determined by the candidate's knowledge, experience and skills.
$43,890.00 - $65,830.00
This position is eligible for an attractive benefits and wellness package and an incentive opportunity of: 7%
