About the role
- Give clients personal attention during class, ensure that your cueing is clear, precise and easy to follow, and ensure clients are using correct form at all times
- Know client's injuries before class so that you can modify where need be
- Inspire and promote an energetic environment
Responsibilities
- Deliver STRONG Pilates classes based on set schedule
- Continue to build the community culture of STRONG
- Maintain upkeep of the studio in-between classes including cleaning equipment, reformer maintenance, and restrooms
- Take pride in the studio like it is your own
Requirements
- 6+ months of group fitness teaching experience
- Reliable means of mobility for travel to studio location
- STRONG Academy certification (Provided by STRONG)
Nice to have
- Certified Personal Trainer or Pilates certification from a recognized organization
- CPR and AED certification obtained through in-person training is required
