About the role

This role sits within our Binocs Software product, Bluecrux's market-leading SaaS solution for scheduling and planning in Quality laboratories and Cell & Gene Therapy production.
In this role, you'll work closely with customers, consultants, and internal product teams to align Binocs' capabilities with real-world operational needs, while also contributing to the evolution of the product and our internal implementation standards.
Your responsibilities are split across customer-facing and internal/product-focused domains.

Consultant support & escalation handling: Provide expert guidance to consultants, stepping in for complex scenarios and project escalations.
Communication & documentation: Engage with clients when needed, communicate technical concepts clearly, and document new approaches for team training.
Product insights & strategy: Share customer feedback with internal teams, explore how AI and emerging technologies can support scalable solutions, and contribute to product development by identifying trends and shaping future product directions #LI-KC1

End-to-end problem solving: You take full ownership of solution design for complex scenarios, perform quality reviews, and ensure alignment with best practices, product direction, and long-term customer success.

You have strong communication and interpersonal skills and can explain complex technical concepts clearly to both clients and internal stakeholders.

Experience leading or coaching others is a plus.
