About the role
- Greenlife Gardens is seeking a Landscape Assistant Install Foreman to support the Install Foreman in leading installation crews and ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to Greenlife Gardens' quality standards. This role is hands-on and leadership-driven, assisting with jobsite execution, crew direction, and daily production while
- developing the skills needed to grow into a full Foreman role.
Responsibilities
- Support the Install Foreman in leading and managing landscape installation crews on residential and commercial projects
- Assist with training, coaching, and developing crew members
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized jobsite
- This role is hands-on and leadership-driven, assisting with jobsite execution, crew direction, and daily production while developing the skills needed to grow into a full Foreman role.
- Proven ability to work with and lead a crew
- Previous crew lead or assistant foreman experience
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of landscape installation processes and best practices
- Ability to read and interpret landscape plans and details
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Experience with hardscape installation
- Coordinate with other departments as required to support project success
