- Job Overview The Rehabilitation Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the rehabilitation therapy functions.
Nice to have
- Graduate of an accredited program in Physical Therapy (Doctorate in PT- Preferred) or in Occupational Therapy required.
- Doctorate in OT-Preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of clinical experience in an area where a license is required.
- A current license in Physical Therapy/Occupational Therapy issued by the State of California Physical Therapy Board is required.
- Geriatric experience (ex., Acute Care, Skilled Nursing) as required by CMS PACE regulations.
- Experience in Interdisciplinary team environments is highly desirable.
- A minimum requirement of a valid BLS certification or higher, following the American Heart Association (AHA) or the American Red Cross guidelines.
Compensation
- $111,216.27 - $139,020.34 annually
