Requirements
- No DUI's within the last 5 years (No more than 1 in a lifetime).
- Ability to pass a DOT Drug Screen AND hair follicle test.
- HazMat and Tanker endorsement or the willingness to obtain within 90 days.
- Acceptable motor vehicle record.
