Responsibilities
- Own and govern Channel Policy & Procedures, including Registrations Policy
- Partner with LRO on policy definition while maintaining operational ownership
- Lead monitoring of distributor POS vs. ERP data to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Identify data integrity risks, reporting gaps, and drive corrective actions
- Develop scalable, AI-ready analytics and automation frameworks for end customer monitoring
- Own Channel teams' engagement and remediation with Internal Audit
- Own KYC and VPP strategy and execution of operations partnering with the LRO team on implementation of risk definition
- Drive automation, accuracy, and scalability of customer screening
- Lead compliance engagement across Channel Operations, IT, LRO, and Internal Audit
- Influence internal stakeholders and distribution partners on compliance standards
Requirements
- 8-12+ years of experience in compliance, risk, audit, operations, or analytics roles
- Strong experience with data-driven analysis and translating insights into actionable outcomes
- Experience managing audits, escalations, and cross-functional programs across global teams
- Required Travel: Yes, 10% of the time
Compensation
- $143k-$197k
