About the role
- You will inherit a team of four Account Executives and play a critical role in scaling the organization as revenue grows.
- This is a highly operational and customer-facing leadership role.
- You'll spend time coaching reps, inspecting deals, refining process, participating in customer conversations, and helping close high-value opportunities.
Responsibilities
- As Sales Manager, you will lead and develop Freed's growing team of Account Executives while owning the execution of our B2B sales motion.
- You will be responsible for helping the team consistently achieve and exceed revenue targets through rigorous coaching, disciplined pipeline management, accurate forecasting, and hands-on support in strategic opportunities.
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Account Executives to consistently achieve revenue targets.
- Design and refine compensation plans, performance standards, and operating rhythms that support growth.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and Leadership to improve the customer journey and accelerate growth.
- Drive the successful launch and adoption of new products, creating scalable sales strategies and processes from the ground up.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in B2B SaaS/AI sales, including multiple years leading quota-carrying sales teams.
