Balance the big picture and the details - spotting downstream impacts or "gotchas" before they happen, while also handling precise, hands-on tasks with minimal oversight
Serve as a tokenization technical resource for delivery and onboarding teams, and as the "voice of the customer" in external engagements
Communicate confidently and clearly, balancing best practices, regulatory constraints, and Marqeta's evolving platform capabilities
Experience with Bruno or Postman.
SQL and Datadog are a plus
Ability to understand complex enterprise requirements and communicate technical concepts clearly (verbally & in writing), tailoring recommendations based on customer needs and evolving offerings
