About the role
- Furtado & Associates, Inc. (F&A) is a dynamic consulting firm based in Seattle WA, specializing in innovative land surveying, geospatial services, construction management, and engineering solutions.
- Our team currently has an opening for an experienced individual to fill the role of Civil Engineer.
- In this position, the successful applicant will be responsible for working with the Project Manager to ensure project delivery.
Responsibilities
- F&A works primarily on large public works projects in the Seattle area, and in this role you will be helping our clients deliver on these important projects.
- Perform engineering calculations and design
- Assist with preparing engineering/technical documents
- Perform research and review of agency standards
Requirements
- Degree in Civil Engineeri ng
- 1-3 year s of experience in engineering
- Fundamental knowledge of engineering, land surveying or construction
Nice to have
- Ability to quickly learn other supporting software a plus
