About the role

Main point of contact for assigned business project in the deployment of new data and reporting solutions.
Gather information from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, disseminating high-level information into details and distinguishing user requests from their true needs
Update templates as needed and proactively make recommendations to improve templates and other documentation.

Use standard templates to develop requirement specifications (Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), epics, user stories, acceptance criteria).
Function as a liaison between technology teams, support teams and business units
In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive business and product support for Data management.
Your primary focus will involve collaborating with various teams, including Investment Management, Portfolio Construction, Trading, Compliance, Sales, Marketing, HR and Operations to support them in data automation needs.
Use activity diagrams, use cases scenarios, flowcharts, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, interviews, and workflow analysis to create and manage requirements
Deliver work product throughout the Agile life-cycle.
Treat investors' money like our own.

Undergraduate degree in STEM programs, including Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Business or other related discipline.
In-depth knowledge of financial concepts and the capital market, wealth management and asset management domain knowledge
Minimum 5+ years of relevant data analytical experience
Experienced user of Data Warehouse and Cloud Environment such as Azure, proficiency working with business intelligence, analytics and reporting tools such as Tableau, Python, R, SQL Power BI.
Strong understanding of data management
Strong analytical skills and statistical analysis with the ability to collect, organize, analyze and disseminate important information with attention to detail, accuracy and confidentiality
Ability to interact professionally with management and professionals at various levels
Ability to work with minimal direction, prioritize multiple projects, coach and assist others and meet strict deadlines
Ability to work effectively in ambiguous and changing environments and desire to work in a collaborative team environment.

The expected annual base salary for this role is $120,000 - $130,000, with the final number depending on your experience, skills, and education.
