You will work under the supervision of the Assistant Project Manager/ Resident Engineer.

As a key point of contact, you will exert influence over the contractor to maintain project goals regarding cost, schedule, quality, etc. and assist with the contractor payment process and recommend appropriate adjustments as necessary.

You will also be expected to assist with liaison with the Program Management and NYCHA Asset and Capital Management staff to communicate and resolve all project issues as required.
5 years or more of experience with at least 2 years of construction inspection experience specifically for NYC Metro Public agencies.
Experience with construction inspection activities on construction projects for medium to larger sized facilities
Arcadis is seeking a construction Inspector, with 5 or more years of experience, to join our construction management team working on construction projects located within the NYC Metropolitan Area.
