About the role
- This role offers an exciting opportunity within a dynamic manufacturing assembly environment.
- Team members will leverage their prior experience, and the knowledge gained from training and certifications to complete daily assigned tasks effectively.
- Individuals will be responsible for identifying their work locations on advanced airplanes, parts, and tooling by interpreting intricate drawings to accurately complete detailed work instructions.

Requirements
- Must have the ability to work variable shifts (first, second, or third) based on business needs.
- Must be able to walk constantly throughout the workday
- Must be able to lift/carry up to 35 pounds
- Must be able to work with high-hazard chemicals using proper protective equipment provided.
- Must be able to complete and maintain Confined Space and Fall Protection certifications, if required.
- 1+ year experience using software applications such as internet navigation, email, Microsoft Office Suite, and/or other specialized computer applications.
- Safety is non-negotiable and must be integrated into every task we perform.
- Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
- Must successfully complete the new hire foundational training to obtain and maintain all required certifications.
Nice to have
- 1+ years of composite experience.

Compensation
- $54,000 - $64,000
- $61,200 - $64,500
- Summary pay range for level B: $54,000 - $64,000
- Summary pay range for level C: $61,200 - $64,500
