About the role

Responsibilities
- Diagnose and manage SUDs and associated comorbidities, embodying the Steadfast patient-first ethos.
- CME funding, mentorship, and leadership pathways, in a sustainable work environment that truly supports work-life balance.

- MA/LPN, and Peer Recovery Specialist support so you can practice at the top of your license
- Collaborative care model with physician backup and therapist support
Requirements
- Must be able to respond quickly and calmly to urgent or emergency situations in the clinic.
- Ability to remain in a stationary position (sitting or standing) for extended periods while conducting patient visits, charting, and team collaboration.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in person and over the phone, including during emotionally charged or crisis situations.
Compensation
- Continuing education: Annual CEU stipend plus ongoing paid training
