About the role
- In this role, you will sit at the intersection of software development and factory operations, ensuring that the Product Manager's vision is successfully translated into technical reality on the factory floor.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Product Manager and engineering teams to refine technical requirements and ensure the product backlog is actionable and well-defined.
- Manage the end-to-end delivery of software features, tracking project timelines, technical dependencies, and risks to ensure successful factory-floor deployments.
- Lead technical troubleshooting and provide first-tier support for software issues, acting as the primary liaison between factory users and the development team.
- Design and execute comprehensive User Acceptance Testing (UAT) plans to validate that software deliveries align with both technical specifications and operational needs.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system guides and training materials, to support long-term sustainability and user adoption.
- Proven ability to manage technical project lifecycles using tools like Jira to track requirements, sprints, and release milestones.

Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in technical project management, business analysis, or a related role within a software or manufacturing environment.
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand complex architectures, including REST APIs, SQL databases, and system integrations.
- Experience translating high-level business goals into structured technical documentation for engineering teams.
- Excellent communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to bridge the gap between technical developers and non-technical factory stakeholders.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience.
