- Develop pre-construction proposal/bid schedules
- Perform schedule analysis for change orders and claims
- Develop scheduling department procedures
- Develop pre-construction and construction job schedules to maintain timely and profitable job completion.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years project engineering or related experience, including 1 year scheduling experience
- Ability to read and understand plans and specifications
- Knowledge of construction methods and processes
- Familiarity with job cost information
