Disclosure This position is for a contract in which the Company is pursuing.
This position will be available upon successful contract award to the Company.
The government has not provided an official start date for this contract, but the current contract expires September.
Therefore, we anticipate an expected start date of September 2026.
The Construction Manager position shall support Engineering and Engineering Technician services required to develop, plan, program and execute facilities, sustainment, restoration and modernization (FSRM) projects.
This position will support all related administrative services required to perform assigned work, quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC) and any correspondence to meet work statement requirements.
Ensures contractor compliance with approved plans and specifications for various construction contracts.

This role requires lifting up to 30 lbs to transport technological office equipment, safety equipment, and other needed construction items to and from various workspaces.
