Lead the end to end recruitment process for roles across the organization, from intake and sourcing through offer acceptance and onboarding handoff.
Partner closely with hiring managers to clarify role requirements, success profiles, and competencies aligned with business and functional needs.
Manage all candidate communications, ensuring a high quality, professional experience throughout the hiring process.
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and HR partners to deliver timely, effective hiring outcomes.
Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies to attract talent in competitive CPG markets, including Supply Chain, Operations, Sales, and Brand Marketing.
Build and maintain pipelines for high volume, hard to fill, and niche roles to support current and future hiring needs.
Serve as a trusted talent advisor to hiring managers and HR Business Partners, providing insight on talent availability, market trends, and competitive intelligence.
Review, administer, and manage the employee referral program.
Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant data within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Support employer branding initiatives and hiring communications.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field required
Minimum of 4+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition /Recruiting and some experience supporting general HR required
