Responsibilities
- We support and take care of our employees and their families by offering:
- Meet daily performance targets stipulated by the Production Supervisors, Production Lead Hand, and/or Line Operator.
Requirements
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to multitask
- Able to work overtime, statutory holidays, and weekends, as required
- Wet Packaging - Worker is in direct contact with processed, unpackaged dairy products, and are required to supply the line with the product, placing it into the packaging material, and ensuring product is properly sealed before moving it through to Dry Packaging.
- Dry Packaging - Worker is in direct contact with packaged dairy products, and are required to ensure labels and product dates are applied correctly, as well as boxing and palletizing the finished goods for the Warehouse.
- Attend scheduled shift punctually and ready to fulfill all duties required.
- Participate in job rotation, as required.
- Participate in daily mandatory stretching program before start of shift, and as required.
- Complete all required documentation accurately and timely.
- Wear all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
Skills
- Accuracy, attention to detail, and good communication skills
- Artificial Intelligence tools may be used in screening applications.
Compensation
- There are salary increases in the first year of employment, with a target rate of $25.60/hour.
