Responsibilities

  • Craft executive-ready presentations and reports using data visualizations, diagrams, and structured narratives that tell a clear story and drive informed decision-making.

  • Knowledge of IT service management process discipline
  • ITIL familiarity a plus but not required.

  • What Is the Opportunity?
  • We're looking for a Technology Engineer - ITSM Analysis & Resiliency to join our Enterprise Technology Services team in Hartford, CT (hybrid).
  • In this role, you'll analyze incident trends and data across a broad set of technologies to drive improvements in the stability and resiliency of critical enterprise systems.
  • You'll translate complex technical findings into clear, executive-ready presentations and reports that inform decision-making at various levels of leadership.
  • Travelers matches your 401(k) contributions dollar-for-dollar up to your first 5% of eligible pay, subject to an annual maximum.
