Responsibilities
- Manages, motivates, and develops a team of accounting professionals by providing proper coaching, training, and mentorship through the hiring of top talent.
- Develops and maintains relationships with field office team members.
- Ability to lead and develop a team.
- Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities including the ability to identify and implement best practices that improve the team's effectiveness and efficiency.
- Ability to make decisions and drive results.
- Ability to perform advanced mathematical and accounting functions.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field is required.
- 5+ years of supervisory experience is required.
Nice to have
- 5 years of experience in accounting and financial statement preparation is required.
- Property Accounting experience is preferred.
- Yardi experience a plus.
- Intermediate Excel expertise required
Compensation
- The salary range for this position is: $79,987.50 - $138,645.00, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
- Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and applicable employment laws.
