Responsibilities
- This role will own the strategy and execution behind employer branding, recruitment marketing, candidate engagement, and top-of-funnel talent generation.
- Working closely with Talent Acquisition and Marketing, you'll build and scale programs that attract exceptional talent, strengthen our employer brand, and improve conversion throughout the candidate journey.
