Responsibilities

  • Support ongoing plant programs and goals by identifying opportunities for process improvements.
  • Collaborate with other department supervisors/leaders in Operations, Quality, HR, Finance, Materials, Engineering, and Continuous Improvement.
  • As a Production Supervisor Warehouse, Shipping and Receiving 2nd Shift with Trane Technologies, you will use your passion for quality and cost effectiveness in manufacturing to help lead our team in Clarksville, TN.
  • You will monitor and coordinate the daily shipping/receiving and warehouse operation of a high-volume, lean manufacturing environment, and partner with other department leads/supervisors to achieve team and plant goals.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of manufacturing/warehouse leadership experience.

Nice to have

  • 401K match up to 6%, plus an additional 2% core contribution = up to 8% company contribution.

Compensation

  • $60,000.00 - $126,200.00
