About the role

The Asset Protection Specialist role will be based out Flagship locations and will provide support at surrounding sanctuaries within their market.
You will help support, lead, and maximize all aspects of the Asset Protection function for ALO sanctuaries in direct partnership with the Regional Asset Protection Manager.
In this new role, you will use proven methodologies, new technological advances, and data analysis, in combination with a relentless pursuit of excellence to strategically execute a customized Asset Protection program to fully support the ALO vision and brand expansion.

Partner with the store team to prepare for, respond to, and recover from a variety of emergencies.
Analyze surveillance footage and gather evidence to support investigations.
Identify, escalate, and support internal dishonesty investigations through various methods.
Collaborate with management to implement and enforce loss prevention policies tailored to ALO's brand and customer experience.
Conduct asset protection assessments and develop action plans to address vulnerabilities.

Strong desire and ability to learn new skills and best practices on an ongoing basis.
Proven experience in loss prevention, security, or investigations, preferably in a retail environment.
Ability to travel to sanctuaries within market as required.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically under pressure.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
Proficiency in using surveillance systems and investigative tools.
Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations related to asset protection.
Ability to handle sensitive information with integrity and confidentiality.
Ability to stand or walk for extended periods.
Ability to lift/move up to 30lbs.
