About the role

- The Strategic Finance team is focused on solving some of Figma's most pressing business issues.
- The role requires someone who is highly analytical and strategic, a great communicator, approaches problems in a structured manner, and is comfortable with ambiguity.
Responsibilities
- Drive alignment on KPIs and key metrics to monitor business performance, drive growth initiatives, and provide visibility into operating performance
- Develop cross-functional partnerships across Figma to formulate business insight and inform executive decision making
- Own, run, and improve financial processes that support Figma's business
- Partner with Strategic Finance, Data Science, and RevOps to improve our ARR data quality and forecasting
- Prepare and deliver presentations for the Executive Team, including the CFO, CMO, and CRO
- Become a trusted thought partner to functional leaders and the executive team
- Figma's platform helps teams bring ideas to life-whether you're brainstorming, creating a prototype, translating designs into code, or iterating with AI.

- This role will help deliver high accuracy in our revenue and ARR close.
- Own, scale, and materially improve Figma's Top-line financial ARR close and Figma's revenue model
Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant experience in investment banking, private equity, strategic finance, Big 4 audit, business operations, or related fields
- Experience in financial planning and creating data-driven analysis
- Experience problem-solving independently, organizing workload and priorities, and completing tasks on time
- Additionally, if hired you will be required to attend in person onboarding.
Nice to have
- SQL/AI tooling experience and deep experience working with large data-sets
Compensation
- $115,000 - $245,000 USD
- If based in Figma's San Francisco or New York hub offices, this role has the annual base salary range stated below.
- Job level and actual compensation will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process (including skills and prior relevant experience, potential impact, and scope of role), market demands, and specific work location.
- For roles that are available to be filled remotely, the pay range is localized according to employee work location by a factor of between 80% and 100% of range.
