About the role
- Experience designing and delivering data products that provide actionable insights and measurable business value.
Responsibilities
- Establish engineering standards, secure-by-design principles, and best practices for data and platform security.
- Drive automation of security controls, monitoring, and incident response processes.
- Lead and develop engineering teams while partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver secure, high-impact outcomes.
- Lead solution architecture design, including threat modeling and alignment with enterprise security and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering, data engineering, or platform engineering.
- At least 2 years of experience in a technical leadership role.
- Proven ability to solve complex, ambiguous business and security challenges through scalable technical solutions.
Skills
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills.
- Define and execute the technical strategy and roadmap for cloud and platform security engineering.
- Oversee development and operation of cloud-based platforms processing high-volume security data (logs, alerts, audit trails).
